By accessing or using Sakin ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Sakin is an online platform that connects property buyers with verified property owners for resale properties in Egypt. We facilitate property discovery, inquiries, and viewing bookings. Sakin does not own, manage, or control any of the properties listed on the Platform. We act solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Property Listings

Property owners who list on Sakin agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about their property
Maintain up-to-date pricing and availability information
Submit to our property verification process
Not post misleading photos, descriptions, or pricing
Have legal authority to sell the property listed

Sakin reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe contains inaccurate information.

5. Bookings and Viewings

Viewing bookings made through the Platform are subject to confirmation by the property owner. Sakin facilitates the scheduling process but does not guarantee availability. Both buyers and owners are expected to honor confirmed bookings or provide reasonable notice of cancellation. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Sakin or its content providers and is protected by Egyptian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sakin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings, the reliability of any information posted by users, or the outcome of any property transaction. Sakin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction between users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
